By accessing, downloading, or using Cibum (the "App" or "Service" provided by Codelogiic), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Household Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your household kitchen profile. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Food Safety & Nutritional Information Disclaimer
Important Food Safety Notice:
Expiration date estimates, shelf life recommendations, and recipe ingredient substitutions provided by Cibum or derived from Open Food Facts are intended for organizational guidance only. Always inspect food condition, scent, temperature, and visual freshness before consumption. Cibum is not liable for foodborne illness or allergic reactions.
4. Open Food Facts & Community Contributions
When scanning or uploading barcodes, product names, nutrition labels, and packaging photos, you grant Open Food Facts and Cibum a worldwide, non-exclusive license to publish and process such nutritional data for open educational and commercial transparency under the Open Database License (ODbL).
5. Intellectual Property
The Cibum logo, user interface designs, custom GSAP animations, algorithms, software, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Codelogiic. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any portion of the software without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codelogiic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the application.
